IMPA GREECE
Με επιτυχία ολοκληρώθηκε η συμμετοχή της SANDER MESON GROUP ως χορηγός στο συνέδριο της IMPA 2018. Οι προμηθευτές και όχι μόνο που παρευρέθηκαν στις 18/09/18 στο Ευγενίδειο Ιδρυμα, είχαν την ευκαιρία να παρακολουθήσουν μια σειρά από ενδιαφέρουσες διαλέξεις, ενώ παράλληλα να γνωρίσουν τις εταιρείες – χορηγούς της διοργάνωσης.
Πιο συγκεκριμένα, οι διαλέξεις χωρίστηκαν σε 4 μέρη.
Στο πρώτο μέρος είδαμε τον κύριο Mikael Weis να τοποθετείται για την συλλογή data στην ναυτιλία και για την καλύτερη χρήσης τους.
Ακόμη, ο κύριος Ιωάννης Φιλιππόπουλος αναφέρθηκε στη σχέση του τμήματος πληροφορικής και του τμήματος προμηθειών. Παράλληλα, σχολιάστηκε ο τρόπος αντιμετώπισης τυχόν αντιστάσεων και των προβλημάτων που προκύπτουν λόγω των διαφορετικών κουλτούρων.
Τέλος, ο κύριος Αθανάσιος Σπανός μας πρότεινε πώς να συνδέουμε τα data που συλλέγονται με τις προμήθειες.
Στο δεύτερο μέρος είδαμε τον κύριο Dominic Seiler να παρουσιάζει τις καινούργιες τάσεις στην τεχνολογία και την πρόσφατη εφαρμογή που δημιουργήθηκε για τα τμήματα προμηθειών. Επίσης, είδαμε τον κύριο Χάρη Θεοδωράκη, ο οποίος μίλησε για την διορατικότητα στην αεροπορική μεταφορά και τα κρυμμένα κόστη της, ενώ ανέλυσε την εδραίωσή της και το πώς μπορούμε να την προγραμματίσουμε.
Ακολούθησε το τρίτο μέρος, κατά τη διάρκεια του οποίου συζητήθηκε η διαχείρηση ανταλλακτικών σε «δύσκολες» χώρες οι οποίες έχουν προβλήματα στα τελωνεία, στους κανονισμούς, στα έγγραφα αλλά και την διαφθορά.
Τέλος, στο τέταρτο μέρος έγινε ανταλλαγή απόψεων μεταξύ του κοινού και των έμπειρων επαγγελματιών κύριο Susan Koefoed ( CEO & Chair, IMPA) , κύριο Άλεξ Τσιπελίκη (Purchasing Manager, Marine Management Services M.C ) και κύριο Γιάννη Μακαρέζο ( Purchasing Manager, Avin International ).
